I have placed an order, how long does it take to make and dispatch?
Every product is made to order by hand in England. Items usually take around 4 Weeks to manufacture, once made orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. Good things are worth waiting for.

What shipping methods do you use?
For all UK orders we offer FREE Delivery, using UK courier services and Royal Mail. This is a signed for delivery service that we trust. A tracking number for your order will be sent to your email, along with a delivery times on the morning of delivery. A signature is required, if no one is available to sign for delivery your order will be returned to your local sorting office for collection or redelivery.
MAINLAND EUROPE DELIVERY £10.00
We offer Mainland European delivery, which costs £10 per order and normally takes 3-5 days to arrive. Shipping does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible. Mainland Europe includes the following countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Netherlands, Portugal, Luxemburg, Denmark, Switzerland and Ireland.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY FROM £20.00
Where else do you ship? Most addresses outside Europe, which costs between £20-40 per order and can take up to 10 days to arrive. Costs to Canada and the U.S.A are fixed at £25. Shipping does not include any local import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.
How long does it take for a refund to go through?
We will process your return as soon as we receive it, please allow 3–10 days for your bank account to update.
Do you take custom orders?
We are unable to make custom pieces for individuals most of the time, however we can accommodate special projects with larger quantities. Email email@example.com for more information.
Where can I purchase your products?
Online and with our selected stockists, all are listed under “stockists” on the website.
How do I become a stockist?
If you would like to be considered, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a link to your website, other brands carried, pictures of your store and your “wish list”. We will review your store and respond within 1–3 days.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped in the order they are received.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Every shipping rate is calculated by weight of the product and the delivery address.
Once your order leaves Borough, it is out of our control. For questions and concerns about shipping, please contact the carrier.
Borough will not be responsible for any items lost during shipping.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date. If there is a price difference you will be contacted for your payment information.
All returns packages should be insured. There will be no refunds on items damaged in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier.
We do not reimburse shipping costs.
Your account will be refunded within 3–10 days of receipt of your item.
